Steve And Kai Had Invited Us Around,

so glad rags on,

and we were out,

into a grey day,

it soon started to rain,

Diana had bought some flowers for Kai,

the chestnut trees on the walk in full foliage, 

these pansy's looked so bright even in the dull day,

as soon as we arrived it was Pimm's time! also invited were John and Lucy, Rob and Jeab, 

Kai had prepared a feast, 

'Cheers!', with some of the starters,

after a break the main course, 

spicy Thai salad, 

lamb kebabs,

spare ribs, 

Jeab had brought along some pork skewers, 

time to tuck in, 

as it happens it was Kai's birthday, and as Diana's is close, the girls decided to have a double party, 

and here is Diana's cake,

both cakes looked so nice, 

candle lighting time,

time to make a wish and blow out the candles,

and open the bubbly, 

then time for another Pimm's,

carefully does it, 

success! we all had a great time and many thanks to Steve and Kai for inviting us to this special day, 

after saying our goodbyes we soon arrived home where it was time for a nightcap before we were off to bed.
