I Keep Reading About EV Vehicles, Cars, Scooters,

catching fire whilst being charged,

photograph Jaguar, for scooters I guessed it was a cheap battery, but when it comes to cars from major manufactures it is a different thing, it appears that fires can, and do occur when recharging, in fact one company told some buyers of its I-Pace cars"In line with recommendations made by manufacturers who have had similar issues and until such time as the safety recall remedy has been completed, retailers and customers should park away from structures. Where possible, vehicles should be charged outside" adding, "Customers should also limit their charge to a maximum of 80 per cent until the recall remedy has been completed", JLR said there had not been any reported accidents or injuries as a result of the issue, although it was aware of a "small number" of thermal overloads following the previous software update, as it happens this is the fourth battery recall for the British automaker, it is recalling the vehicles but has not yet developed a final solution, and these cars are allowed on ferries and can park in underground or multi-storeyed car parks where a fault has been found, I hope the insurance companies do not reject claims on the grounds that there was a known fault!
