UK flood of killer Orca whales

HUNDREDS of killer whales are roaming in British waters. The 30ft predators, mostly found in the Arctic, are heading to UK seas as fish stocks rise. Groups of 100 orcas have been spotted near the Scilly Isles, in the English Channel and off Wales and Scotland. Researcher Andy Foote said: “They’re on the increase and having seen them go after seals, I wouldn’t recommend going too close.”
