This Never Happens To Me!
when I moved into my apartment,
I also had access to the roof space through a hatch in the bathroom, so I went up to have a look, guess what I found up there? nothing but a load of dead pigeons! but this lucky couple, Ian and Lynda Spires, moved into a house that was once the home of a railway worker, they were going to insulate the loft and found 49 antique wooden railway destination boards — worth £20,000, the boards were laid 50 years ago by a rail worker who owned the home in Milton Keynes, Bucks, he had saved them when they were scrapped at his nearby depot, I just hope for the couple that relatives of the railway worker does not make a claim for them! but the point is why does nothing like this happen to me or you?
