a total of 66 off road test centers are to be built in the UK, Britain has one the most stringent motorcycle test in the EU, so why the new centers? well it appears the doofuess's at the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) did not understand the difference between kilometers per hour and miles per hour, a part of the new test, which they signed up for, has to be performed at 31.5 M.P.H. which is of course illegal on UK roads, hence the new test centers having to be built, I just wonder if anyone at the DSA actually went to school?
