We Had A Bit Of A Lazy Day,

but I did put in a few hours on the trains,
adding ballast between the tracks,
I now understand why some companies sell under lay that is preballasted,
just as I finish two lines I then realise there is another two to go, but another week or so and it should be done, what's the hurry?
later, in the evening, Diana decided to cook some roast chicken,
"Cheers!"
roast chicken and potatoes, baby corn, broccoli and Brussel sprouts complete with onion gravy,
it tasted delicious!
then for dessert a selection of chocolates from Hotel Chocolate,
'Ah!'
then we settled down to watch a couple of DVD's first there was the remake of The Time Machine, great special effects, but not sticking as close to the book as the first Time Machine we had seen a few days before, but neither the less good fun to watch,
we were then going to watch another episode of New Tricks, but I remembered that we had not yet started to watch a factual series A Year At Kew, so I put that on, thinking we would watch one episode then New Tricks, not so! Diana loved A Year At Kew, we ended up watching the first 4 episodes back to back! then on to another episode of New Tricks then off to bed.
