Today It Was Off To The Shops,

the Outlet Mall at the top of Thepprasit and Sukumvit,

we were going to buy a birthday present for one of our friends wives,

so first stop the Levi's shop,

I wanted to buy a couple pf pairs of black trousers, I was going to Mick and Mass's next door neighbour to have them made but at the American Body store they were on special offer, 500 baht a pair so I bought two of those, it was beginning to be an expensive day out,

then it happened, I knew I could not get Diana out of here without her buying some thing, the good news was that I saved 495 baht, the top she liked was half price in the sale!

Diana now loaded down with goodies,

then home a quick shower and change of clothes and we were off to visit Big Jim in his new home,

Mike and Riza very kindly called round to pick us up and of course we arrived with a chilled bottle of champagne to celebrate the occasion,

the girls tucked into some sweets straight away,

us boys settled for the champers!

then the squid cart called round,

Big Jim you may recall really likes cooking, there was so much food and it was delicious, chicken adobo, mixed vegetables, carrot and sultanas salad with sour gherkins all served with rice,

we enjoyed ourselves so much, many thanks Jim, then back to 388 for a night on the town,

it was about 9.30 by the time we arrived, Walking Street was quiet busy,

we walked from Soi Blues Factory towards Lollipop to see Grieg,

where we bumped into Daniel, a friend of Grieg's, so a few there then over to see Juu in Champions, again his bar had many customers, for us, well me the music a mixture of 70's and 80's was just right, then about 1 in the morning home for bed and a good nights sleep.
