First Thing And Off To The Bank,

totally forgetting it was May Day,

so after parking up and walking to the bank I found it was closed, still the good news was that I had already dropped Diana off at the market so she could have a look around,

I parked the bike at the back of TukCom and walked down to,

the Soi Bukaow entrance to the market,

past the boiling oil, it always makes me winch when ever I see one of theses and think what would happen if some one blundered into it and scalded themselves,

then going into the market proper, lots of things to chose from, clothes,

 food,

through to live fish for the aquarium and most things in between,

as it happened we both meet up with out having to call each other,

so over the road to the Coffee & Beer restaurant, but this is a shot of the shop next door,

they had a small fish pond outside with a nicely decorated statue outside,

we managed to get seats next to the road in the Coffee & Beer,

which was nice as we could watch the traffic and people pass by,

the 'middle' pedestrian entrance to the market,

as we made our way back to the bike Diana then decided she wanted some food from across the road, so I stayed outside the Friendship store and waited for her,

then I spotted this chap in the pool outside, a Red-Eared terrapin,

some times called a Red-Eared slider, a native of America, now commonly found all over Asia, many a few years ago were purchased at the height of the mutant ninja turtles craze, and spread into local pools as they were discarded as unwanted pets, but this one seems happy enough in its home,

Diana arrived back with her food then it was home and feet up, in the evening we watched the last three episodes of Downton Abbey, a thoroughly enjoyable series, we both hope a new series three will out soon, then with that we were off to bed.
