Another 'Good Luck' Story,

this time with gold bars being found,

council workers cutting grass verges in the northern town of Klingau, Switzerland near the Swiss border with Germany, turned a normal work day into a bonanza as they uncovered ten gold ingots, valued at £80,000, the good news is that under Swiss law if nobody comes forward to legitimately claim ownership of the gold, then the council employees can keep it all,

now the even better news is that as the town is located near the Swiss-German border, police suspect the gold may have been involved in some kind of criminal pay-off that went wrong, so the chances of a criminal coming to the police station to claim the gold pretty small, the only thing I find a little strange in this story is the quote, 'the bars have no markings so it is difficult to trace where it (they) come from', I have to say it but the bars in the picture seem to have lots of markings on them, but hey for the council workers good luck or what!
