Today Slim Jim Called Over,

then in to the truck,

we were off to spend the afternoons at Juu's home,

first stop once we arrived was to have a look at how much more his fish had grown, difficult to see but the big ones are arapaimas, (Arapaima gigas),

towards the tail of the fish the black scales have a red edge to them,

they are huge, I asked Diana to sit on the steps near the fish to give some idea of scale, but she was frightened that they might grab her and pull her in, which with the size of the fish one could have done with no effort at all,

one of the many nice things about living out here is the way so many water features are used like this one with a water lily in it,

during the afternoon a few friends called on the telephone, so I took the calls outside, which was Diana's cue to take some pictures using our reflection in the window,

the business view of his Harley,

 which Diana likes,

Pattaya's answer to the Hells Angels!

a little later Diana and Dang feed the fish with some fresh fish from the market,

 then in one mouthful,

 the fish food was gone,

the girls carried on walking around the garden, this a moving water feature,

Diana spots something,

food! a pomegranate, it just so happens that by now we were all full to bursting, Dang had cooked so much food we could not eat it all,

next Diana spotted a small flower,

which happens to be a hibiscus,

one thing I have noticed over the past few weeks is that palm trees like this one,

 are in flower,

or like this one are already producing seeds,

with almost daily rain I guess to produce seeds now means that there will be plenty of water for the new seedlings, well we had a lovely day at Juu's, next a move to 388 where Slim Jim had a glass of wine, (well a few for me), then it was time to say our farewells as Slim Jim made his way home, for us it was feet up for the latest Kings of Restoration and Medical Mysteries, then we were off to bed.
