We Were Getting A Bit Low On A Few Things,

so off shopping we went,

to Makro on the Sukhumvit Road,

amongst others things the medicinal red wine was at a crucial level, later Alex and Mark called by, we just happened to mention that our blender had broken when Alex said that Lotus had some on special offer,

after our guests had left we were off to Lotus,

sure enough there was a huge display of them, at 495 baht each, so now we can enjoy our afternoon slushes again!

just before we changed to go out for our evening meal our next door neighbour called round with a couple of early birthday presents, milk for Diana and a red wine for myself,

this evening we were out to Soi Lengkee,

 to the China Garden,

it was my turn to pose,

 'Cheers!',

after some prawn crackers we ordered the mixed starters,

I just love the decorations that some restaurants add to the meal,

another one same as the first,

 our next course arrived,

Peking duck with plum sauce, pancakes, onions and cucumber,

one of the many nice things in the China Garden is the decor,

then on to our final course,

 special chow mien,

 chicken curry,

with prawns and bean sprouts, what a feast!, after we left and arrived home we watched a couple of shows on satellite television, then as it was late for us we were off to bed.
