Not That We Are In The Market For A New Car,

but if we were this one looks nice,

it is the 2015 Ford Everest SUV that would be on the short list, it made its debut at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit in Beijing, China, it will be available with a choice of engines, a 2.0 turbocharged Ecoboost four-cylinder petrol with 238hp and 360nm, a 2.2 turbocharged Duratorq four-cylinder diesel engine with 150hp and 385nm, and a 3.2 turbocharged Duratorq diesel engine with 200hp and 470nm, transmissions are a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic, sending power to all-four wheels, the Everest appears to be a capable off-roader with a 22.5 centimetre ground clearance, an active-demand torque splitter, and 29-degree approach and 25-degree departure angles,

Ford's spiffy Sync 2 infotainment system and its eight-inch touchscreen help soothe the senses while active noise control helps keep the wild from overly intruding,

the Everest also offers an optional panoramic moonroof that brings monsoon-free skyscapes up close & personal, when not needed, the seven-place cabin's second and third row seats conveniently fold flat to accommodate various types of cargo, once under way, the Everest helps drivers feel secure by way of autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane departure and lane-keeping systems, and a full swathe of other electronic safety features, prices will range from around 300.000 to around 450.000 yuan, (at today's rate $49,076  £31,320 to around $73,614  £46,918), the good news is that it will be fairly exclusive as buyers in Europe and America will not be given the opportunity to buy one, it is to be marketed in Asia only.
