First Thing,

off to the shops,

or in this case the Friendship supermarket,

for a few things we had forgotten yesterday, then to Central Festival,

and naturally a bite to eat at KFC,

next over the road to what was once called Made In Thailand, now known as the Night Bazaar, the aisles empty,

as was still a little early,

after we all arrived back home it was glad rags on,

and into the mini bus,

for our next port of call,

as it was our last night here with the family,

we had,

to make it,

a special one,

so where else than Preecha seafood restaurant in Ban Ampur,

lots of seafood on offer,

and which one to chose?

as they say in Little Britain, 'I want that one', you have to see it for this quote to make sense,

we shall be seeing more of these latter,

the selection of seafood here is almost endless,

with tank after tank of food to chose from,

the main restaurant was crowded,

unlike the smoking area where they did not have a customer in it,

the view looking towards Sattahip,

whilst we were waiting for our first order the girls went down to the beach,

to have,

what I guess is called a photo opportunity,

then back to the restaurant for our firsts course,

steamed prawns,

morning glory,

steamed mussels,

and prawn doughnuts,

then a break,

down to the breach,

for a picture,

or two,

or three,

meanwhile Mr. Tony and myself were putting the world to rights,

'Cheers!',

next course, mini clams in aniseed,

and shelled curried crab,

we could not help but notice, but down on the beach,

it was a take a picture fest,

but back to our meal, more seafood fried rice,

and a huge curried crab,

we watched the sun go down,

in the distance a boat at anchor,

then our final course, crabs,

and lots of them,

not to mention a few plates of rock lobsters,

Dad just loves the crabs,

the food as usual was excellent,

then the balloon man came past,

or I should say had a rest first,

as the sun went down,

our final course, tom yang goong,

followed by two plates of fresh fruit, the cost for the meal including corkage, as we bought with us a 1.5 liter bottle of wine was 4,600 baht for the 9 of us, as usual the food was excellent and a real pleasure, it was just so sad that tonight is our families last night here as tomorrow they all fly back to the Philippines,

if you wish to visit the Preecha Seafood restaurant, and we both recommend it, the restaurant is situated in the town of Ban Ampor, if you go past the Ambassador hotel on the Sukhumvit Road on the right going towards Sattahip, take the right at the next set of traffic lights, then the left fork in the road, it is the second seafood restaurant on the right,

as we left I spotted this beauty, a Kawasaki, if only I had the money!

next a bit of traffic, evidently there had a been an accident earlier and there was still a slight tail back on the Sukhumvit Road, but soon we were home then feet up for a film, then as we have an early start tomorrow we were off to bed.
