I would have answered Chinese or Indian, but it
is not so according to this article in Forbes
Business, but what did amaze me was that England’s National Health
Service (NHS) is in fifth place with a 1.7 million strong workforce, more than
Indian Railways or the Indian armed forces, so give England's nurses
a gun each and what an army we would have! but seriously, good though the
National Health service is does it really take 1.7 million people
to make it work, perhaps it does so that is the real cost of 'free' health
care.
