Day Sixteen,

Our Last Morning In Vietnam,

we have had such a good time,

it is a shame to leave,

 but there it is,

our flight does not leave till the evening, so we took a walk around town after we checked out, the building on the left looks a bit strange, the glass does really give the impression of making a downhill wave,

 cyclo's looking for a fare,

 it was that car again!

a pomelo juice for a change,

the amounts or in this cased the lengths of loads on tricycles out here never ceases to amaze me,

we decided to have a look in one of the shopping malls,

it is in a part of a office tower,

only a couple of floors up and it looks a long way down!

there were a number of cinemas here,

 as well as restaurants,

a quick look at the shops,

and a visit to the Hog's Breath Cafe,

all of that walking had given us a thirst,

what a beauty, a Ford Mustang,

the restaurant opposite that was crowded with tables and chairs last night now crowded with parked motorcycles,

what is it with this colour for cars, they are everywhere,

we continued our walk, then taxi to the airport,

where Diana was happy to see a Burger King,

 we had our bags wrapped,

 then shopping,

 for those last minuet essentials,

we made our way to our gate,

past a few more duty free shops,

then decided on a bite to eat,

 and a coffee each,

I had hardly had time to read my Kindle, so we did not need any magazines,

and we were full of souvenirs,

then up, up and away as our meal is served,

 chicken and noodles,

no sooner had we finished and we had started our descent into Thailand,

our taxi was waiting so off we went, it was nearly midnight when we arrived home, so a quick nightcap and we were of to bed.
