The Week Has Just Raced Past,

so on to our Sunday lunch,

 we decided on roast beef, with all of the trimmings,

 and a glass,

 or two of medicinal red wine, on the table two souvenirs we had bought on our travels, a candle holder from one of the potteries we visited in Cambodia and a flower vase from the help group in Vietnam, in the early evening Glen called by for a chat, we had not seen him for ages, after saying our farewells,

we watched some Judge Judy, Highway patrol, then started with Mr. Selfridge, we had started to watch it before, but a long time ago so we started again and very enjoyable it was too after 3 or 4 episodes it was late so we were off to bed.
