We Suddenly Realized,

we need some bread rolls,

so off to Friendship I went,

the shrine in the car park now fully refurbished,

and the center staircase finished and usable,

then it was time for lunch, Mr. Tony called round and we were off to The George,

we have eaten there many times before, it is in Chaiyaphruek 2 Rd, if you are going away from Pattaya heading towards Sattahip on the Sukhumvit Road when you arrive at the Chaiyaphruek traffic lights turn right and the restaurant/pub is about 100 yards along the road on the left hand side,

inside the pub we were greeted by the ever smiling George,

we were here for the 395 baht Sunday roast,

pork, chicken and beef plus an assortment of vegetables,

 for her starter Diana decided,

on the chicken and leek soup, there was so much chicken in it, the starter was almost a full meal in itself,

 Mr. Tony and myself,

 went with the Cesar salad,

'Cheers!',

 on to the carvery,

a selection of everything for Diana and Mr, Tony,

for myself just pork, crackling, stuffing, roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding,

on to desserts, many places that offer a set 3 course menu, for dessert just give you a blob or two of ice cream, but not here, the desserts are a real treat,

which we all enjoyed, a chocolate one for Mr. Tony, vanilla for Diana,

 and myself,

we then ordered a couple of coffees an Irish for Mr. Tony,

and a Jamaican for myself, these are not included in the price of the meal, and what a fabulous meal it was, the food and service could not have been better,

arriving home it was feet up to watch some more of a series that we had started some time ago One Foot In The Grave

later in the evening Diana disappeared and some time later emerged from the kitchen with a plate of sausages, chips, coleslaw and bread rolls, after our feast we said our farewells to Mr. Tony,

and for us it was another from the Bond box, For Your Eyes Only, after watching that we were then off to bed.
