so a quick pose,
before we leave,
and yes we are smiling, beneath the compulsory masks for the bus rides,
2 buses later and we were here, the Eden Park Toby Carvery,
the now new queuing system,
but first a quick pre-meal 'Cheers!',
then time to join the small queue,
a few instructions,
it is just the same as normal, but you do not hold the plate until the chefs have loaded your plate with whatever you request,
for myself a slice each of gammon ham, turkey, lamb and beef, some stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and a couple of roast potatoes, there was of course lots of vegetables, but I decline those and gravy,
Diana on the other hand was hungry,
'Cheers!',
for dessert we both had a ice cream, Diana's with honey comb, mine with Belgian chocolate, both delicious, on to the buses and home we were, when it was time for another movie from our 50 movie mega pack of Sci-Fi Classics,
for this afternoon, Hercules Against the Moon Men, Ancient Greece meets Aliens, it must have seemed a great idea at the time, lots of muscle, and as you might expect not a lot else, but the good news is that good triumphs over evil, we followed that with one from Have I Got News For You, so funny in so many unexpected places, and rounded off the evening with one from Silent Witness, and with the end of that we were off to bed.
