as it is Diana's day off,
and we are out early, back to Sunday, time for a read and a sherry,
on to our starters,
mussels in a white wine sauce,
for a change,
today a bottle of bubbly,
easy does it,
and out pops the cork, and it was a real cork,
one for Diana,
and one for myself, although I have to say Diana did not drink hers,
for our main course a bit of a treat, 100 day old ostrich fillet steaks, which were rather nice,
'Cheers!',
and another for our dessert,
chocolate profiteroles with strawberries, cream and caramel ice cream, after our meal Steve and Kai called round and we chatted the afternoon away until the early evening, after they left,
it was feet up for The Great Trian Robbery, I remember the robbery and the public outcry at the harsh sentences, it was fact that at the time people found guilty of murder were given shorter sentences, but there it is, a great 2 part film, the first from the robbers view, the second half form the police's perspective, a enjoyable couple of watchable films, and with the end of that we were off to bed.
