and on Friday he will be moving them from their travelling box into the hive that Steve has prepared for them, so I am out early to take few photographs of the transfer of them, which means there will only be two short posts today, Steve kindly sent me these photographs of the travel box that his bees arrived in,
the drill is to open a small bee sized door in the travel box and leave the travel box next to the new hive for 24 hours, then transfer the 5 frames that are inside to travel box to the hew hive, making sure the queen is on one of the frames, we are all looking forward to that tomorrow, beck to Thursday, first thing the roofers arrived and after a couple of hours all of the storm damage to the roof was repaired, I spent the afternoon watching a few documentaries and quiz shows,
after my evening meal I decided to watch How It Ends, it was although it sounds strange to say it, a really enjoyable end of the world as we know it movie, but it could have been so much better, just as it ended shortly after Diana arrived home, so it was feet up for a coffee and for a change, a Silent Witness before we were off to bed.
