For Some Reason,

the Internet was so slow,

 I had hardly posted the blog, finished my exercises and showered before Diana was home, so amongst other things we watched a Simpsons before our evening meal,

the episode was titled Havana Wild Weekend, in it Grandpa Abe, who is really depressed, finds his perfect dream car, which uplifts his spirits so much, here is a short from the episode, and amazingly they played a piece from a group I like so much, The Buena Vista Social Club, as he was being driven in the car, The Buena Vista Social Club is sometimes a term used to describe Cuban music from the 1920s to the 1940s, it was in fact a members club in Havana, Cuba, which closed in the 1940s, 

the CD we have is the one titled Buena Vista Social Club At Carnegie Hall, for more detailed information about the group have a look here, after that a real treat,

we had so much duck left over from yesterday,

Diana bought some pancakes on her way home, so along with hoisin sauce, cucumber and spring onions,

 it was eyes down,

and tuck in,

carefully rolling the pancake, trying desperately not to split it,

we need bigger pancakes! we then settled down with a Endeavor followed by a New Tricks, and as Diana has an early start tomorrow we were off to bed.
