Crises, What Crises?

well I thought that we had a bit of a cash crises,
but it appears not so as government offices spend more and more on beautifying their own offices, Whitehall ministries have spent almost £780,000 on cut flowers and potted plants in the past four years,
the Department of Children, Schools and Families ran up the largest bill of £174,600 followed by the Foreign Office which spent £106,053, other departments spending heavily on flowers include the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs which paid out £79, 871,
the Department of Heath has spent £15,000 since last April alone,
nice to know our hard earned taxes are used for such useful things, now where can I buy a florists shop near Whitehall?
