would have taken this in to account,
rather than wait for the first rain storm since it was built to find out you have forgotten to order enough sand bags! 
these pictures were taken by Jay and he kindly sent them to me for the blog, they were taken from Beach Road at about 3 in the afternoon of today, Wednesday March 18th, I guess that there will be a few things on special offer tomorrow! I hope the designers of the new shopping center on the corner of Second Road and Pattaya Central I mentioned in an older post, take rain into account before they break ground next year!
