This Is Going To Be A Small Post,

we stayed in as this by far is the worst day of getting wet,

Mark did call by for a coffee and a chat, but he telephoned later to say he had been completely soaked on the way back home, it seems that all of Pattaya had come to a complete water logged standstill, so no pictures from us today, also there did not seem much in the news that we found interesting, amusing or just plain weird, so we watched some satellite television, but later in the evening we settled down to the The China Syndrome, mix nuclear, cover up and accident in the same sentence and you have a sure fire winner for the paranoid population of the world, the tree huggers and greenies, but an enjoyable film, which once again shows how safe nuclear energy is, provide you keep people out of the loop, the title refers to the thought that if the core was allowed to over heat where it was based in America it would melt its way through the earth and emerge in China, we had the same thing in the UK where we were told if the core of a nuclear power plant over heated the same thing would happen, but the core would end up in Tasmania,

if you have not yet seen Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, buy borrow or steal it! despite its sad ending a nice happy and dare I say funny movie, Diana enjoyed it immensely as did I, based on the exploits of the historical characters it follows their journey to Bolivia, after preparing for their last scrape Australia is their next country of choice,

a feast for the eyes is how I would describe this, from the farms of Ireland to the splendour of huge chateaus and mansions in France and England, through the battlefields of Europe to the quiet of London's gentlemans clubs, the film traces the rise and fall of Barry Lydon, both rise and fall due to his own intemperate disposition, lovely film, with that we were off to bed.
