We Had A Quiet Day,

so off to the shops,

well Friendship in fact, having had two or three big meals a day over our stay on Koh Chang I have put on a kilo or two, so back to salad meals for me, so we now have a fridge bursting with lettuce, cucumber and fresh peppers, not to mention lots of wholemeal bread to go with the salads I will be eating from now on for 3 or 4 days a week,

in the evening we noticed that there was some water under one of the aquariums, a slight leak had appeared in one of the pipes for the filter system so I drained the water down to a safe level, a trip to the fish and cheep shop tomorrow is on the cards to buy some silicone glue to seal the leak, in the evening we watched another episode of that excellent game show The Chase, followed by an episode from Columbo and finally 3 or 4 from Cheers, then for us we were off to bed.
