we were eating at home,
for today roast pork,
and all of the trimmings,
then a treat,
as Diana will be in the Philippines at Christmas,
we decided on our own Christmas celebration,
with a Christmas pudding, the first attempt with the brandy was a bit weak,
so in for a second attempt,
which went much better,
although difficult to see,
the second helping gave a really nice blue flame,
Ta-Da!
the proof of the pudding was in the eating, it, with fresh cream and the lunch were delicious,
if you want to bring a little bit of British tradition into your home over here this Christmas, Diana bought the pudding from Marks and Spencer's in Central Festival,
we listen to music in the afternoon, then in the evening feet up for Casablanca, great film which we both thoroughly enjoyed even though we had watched it before, next in the evening a couple of Bargain Hunt, followed by a couple from Judge Judy, at the midnight hour we were off to bed.
