Art Makes Money,

so why not let money make art?

 and that is what artist, Mark Wagner does,

  constructing surreal, intricate collaged scenes,

 differing from fellow money collagists such as Joey Colombo, 

 Wagner’s distinct monster-building adds an absorbing, pop quality to this strain of the form. Wagner’s Instagram profile has a humorous and apt shorthand for this approach: “art made from money made from art.”

 I guess it must be OK to deface currency like this,

I just hope he gets back more than he put in!
