When We Were In Paris,

I took this photograph,

and mentioned that the car was small and I did not know what it was, will I have just found out, it is a Citroen Ami, it has a range of 40 miles and a top speed approaching 30 miles an hour, in France teens as young as 14 are legally allowed to drive an Ami, but in the UK licensing rules are tougher, meaning that the Ami is only permitted to be driven by those aged 17-plus with a full driving licence or a Category AM licence (the sort you need for quad bikes and mopeds), will the car catch on over here?
