for myself many years ago I started daily exercises,
photograph Cauzinho/Instagram, but nothing like the regime this youngster goes through! this is Carlos Augusto Pitanga Neto, aka ‘Cauzinho’, age 12, he only
started hitting the gym 2 years ago, his father, is a fitness enthusiast, and sees Cauzinho as a CrossFit prodigy, the boy is already able to deadlift
more than twice his own body weight and do 700 ab crunches a day, he gets up at
5:30 am every day for a 5km (3.1-mile) run and a few dozen sit-ups, after
breakfast, he goes to school, and after finishing his homework he puts in two
and a half hours of work in the gym, including deadlifts, squats, bench
presses, and bicep curls, crikey, that well puts my 30 minute a day effort to shame!
there are also many who fear that the extreme training
regimen could have dire consequences on his health, so far, the boy’s family
has dismissed accusations, claiming that Cauzinho has a team of specialists
behind him who calibrate his training to his age in order to prevent injuries,
and adding that he is only using dietary supplements like creatine and omega-3,
and not growth hormones, like some alleged on social media, as far as I am concerned
as long as Cauzinho is enjoying his fitness regime and is enjoying the publicity
may he continue to train, and hopefully he will enjoy a full, long and active
