Blog Posted,

and I was out,

into a grey, rainy day,

off of the number 54 bus by This 'N' That,

to Kingfisheries, opposite to help Graham as Carl is on holiday, at the end of the working day,

back through the park, someone's Christmas decorations already on one of the hedges,

no read tonight we will soon be going out,

for Diana a kebab,

for myself duck and mash,

eyes down and tuck in,

we walked into town, and arrived here,

St. George's church,

and this is who we had come to see, a Buddy Holly tribute band

Diana did not take any photographs of the band in their trade mark black suits, but when they took off their jackets they came back for a huge encore,

they were just so good,

'Buddy"

and the other members of the band,

as well as playing so many Holly hits,

in the encore so many other musicians of the time were played,

Eddie Cochran, the Everly Brother, Lonnie Donegan, and so many others I can not think of now,

at the beginning of the show Buddy told the audience dancing in the aisles is permitted,

and so many of the audience did! bearing in mind my music was the mid 1960s Buddy, 10 years before, so it has it be said most of the audience were my age or older, to see so many up and dancing was a real joy,

here is a short video that Diana made of the encore, what wonderful evening of music,

in the morning a parcel had arrived, it was Diana's winter keep warm hoodie,

so out with the Christmas mug for a hot drink as we watched a Midsomer Murder, before we were off to bed.
