Off To A False Start!

I was all ready to go out on the town,

but then Diana walked in looking like this,

the dress was lovely, but wait, yesterday the water festival had already gotten under way, the dress would have been ruined with water and talcum powder,

so it was a quick change to jeans and a top,

as it happened Diana remained remarkably dry, I on the other hand was completely soaked! Walking Street going towards Champions,

was quite dry, it will not be like that on Saturday and Sunday!

not so many people about as we make our way towards Sisterz,

whilst in Sisterz Grieg called in, he has just had two stomach operations and has not been well for some time now, it was nice to see him out and about, hopefully he will be fully recovered in a few weeks time, also Sisterz very kindly gave me a bottle of vodka, completely unexpected but gratefully appreciated, many thanks to Tom and a speedy recovery to Grieg,

we then popped into see Juu in Champions and had a good drink and chat there, then it was time for food!

chicken leg for me, noodle soup for Diana,

whilst the food was being cooked it was shoe shopping time!

so many shoes, so little money! we are going to stay at home for the next few days, water throwing and riding a motorcycle do not go hand in glove over here, Saturday Bar-b-q as usual, though I doubt if many will be here as most of my friends will be on motorbikes and not want to get wet, so feet up watch television and relax, oh bliss!
