Out To The Butchers Arms For Lunch With Joe,

it is on Soi Bukoaw, a out of focus picture of Joe, I do not know why but every so often this happens, plenty of light, person in the middle of the picture, buzzer bleeps to say "in focus" and a bad shot, oh well must get a manual focus camera next time if they are still made!
a view of the street looking towards Pattaya Tai,
after a tomato soup Joe had the roast beef diner,
fish and chips for me and roast pork for Diana, a huge portion of fish,
Hi! from the three of us,
outside The Butchers Arms, nice place to eat and just like a typical pub in the UK, but the people are more friendly! Joe and Diana had water and I had a ice coffee with mine, the bill for the 3 of us was 880 baht,
after that a trip to the dentist for more work on my two root canals, then some soup for supper, but the usual soup kitchen was not there so it was off to the one near the Marine Plaza,
whilst we waited Diana had a look at a few dresses, but there was nothing there she liked,
or on the other side of the road, phew!
looking from the soup stall to the Marine Plaza,
out of interest there are other food stalls there, it is just that we prefer the soup and just having my root canal done I wanted some thing soft not chewy,
the deal is done and we are 50 baht poorer! then home to watch the latest epiosode of "The Tudors" Diana really enjoys watching it and I must admit time just flies past when it is on, whilst I accept it is made a little more "racy" to gain popularity I still find it interesting, for instance, for many years I lived near Hever castle, but never realised it was the home of the Bullen family, the name changing to Boleyn, it later passed into the ownership of Henry’s fourth wife, Anne of Cleves,
but before that Anne being perhaps the most famous Boleyn's married the King of England Henry V111, but her sister Mary was the Kings first mistress before Anne, what a history lesson if you go to all of the links!
