I Know A Lot About Art But I Do Not Know What I Like!

or should that be I do not know much about art but I know what I like?
well in any event I know I like these, in a earlier post I put some examples of street paintings on the blog, but for me these wall paintings are even better, the one above looks just like a earthquake has struck a Mayan temple that has been exposed when the outer building has collapsed, and in case you did not realise it, the lady in red above is part of the painting, not a passer by!

or in this one Gothic columns but wait, it is all just paint!

the paintings, which have fooled many, were created by John Pugh, who specialises in trompe l'oeil - or 'trick of the eye' - art, He uses his skills to delude the viewer into seeing 3D scenes painted on flat surfaces, all I can say is that they look great in the pictures, in real life they must be absolutely stunning, the Californian-born artist said: 'It seems almost universal that people take delight in being visually tricked.' what a great way to get your company/business/building noticed especially if you could include your company logo or product on it.
