Have You Ever Seen Someone Without A Heart?

well if not here is one below,

this heartless, cold, unfeeling traffic warden pounced at St Andrew's and St George's in Edinburgh just as undertakers were about to go inside to bring out the coffin, John Purves, of William Purves funeral directors, said: 'it was fairly obvious that the black limousines were part of a funeral cortege and the hearse's back door was open', but that made no difference,
the shocked funeral firm workers then had to plead with the official to remove the ticket before grief-stricken relatives filed out of the church, John added, 'we were quite surprised he booked a funeral car, it doesn't seem as if a lot of common sense was involved',

OK so the hearse driver broke the law, but sometimes it is human to turn a blind eye, I think this was one of those times where a little sympathy for a family's loss should be above the law,

Edinburgh Council last night blamed the tram works for the wrangle and have now cancelled the parking ticket, there is no mention of the warden being asked to show more compassion in the future.

Here is a relevant anecdote...

As the coffin was being lowered into the ground at a Traffic Warden's funeral , a voice from inside screams

"I'm not dead , let me out"

The vicar smiles , leans forward sucking air through his teeth and mutters...

"Too fucking late pal , the paperwork's already done"
