It Appears That The Government Of Great Britain,

is again bowing down to our European masters,

as traditional weekly rubbish collections must be scrapped to meet European recycling regulations, also every home must be made to separate its rubbish into at least five bins, but this is the bit I do not understand, in a block of flats does every home have it's own five bins or are there 5 communal bins? if there are communal bins are all of the homes in that block fined if some one puts some rubbish in the wrong bin?

to me it all seems such a waste when recycling in places such a huge burden on local councils, also I have yet to see one example of sustainable recycling where if you take the cost of land to place the recycling plant on, the building itself, the machinery inside, plus the cost of collecting and transporting materials to be recycled all added to the labour cost make a profit, never mind then bills like electricity, gas, water, telephone and rates being added to the mix, but the greenies and treehugers know best.
