In The Afternoon It Started Raining,

when we went to bed it was raining,

when we woke up it was still raining, but harder, it rained all day but stopped in the late afternoon, then Jay fresh back from his trip to Cambodia called round for a chat, after saying our goodbyes we were off to the weekend night market in Thepprasit Road, the skies looked ominous,

 looking towards Jomtien,

zooming in slightly with the tower in the distance,

 and looking inland,

I do not know why but every time I see these oriental dressing gowns I always think of one of the films Peter Sellers was in,

no stalls opposite the bar this evening,

but a collecting box for I believe flood victims,

 the food aisles busy tonight,

the ice truck was a bit late,

or we were a bit early,

a few people in the pet section,

 sunset over the market,

the weather must have put a few stall holders off, normally this section is packed with stalls,

 more clouds rolling in,

just a couple of people at the bar this evening,

 the wind then changed direction,

as clouds started coming from inland,

as the clouds continued to form this group of tourists made a dash for the tour bus,

 another few moments,

the sky really darken and the rain began,

all to soon there was hardly a soul left in the market, it does not look it but the rain was pelting down, but eventually it stopped, so we were on our way,

to the Punch and Judy where it had hardly rained at all,

Welsh rarebit for Diana and the Friday special fish and chips for myself,

'Cheers!',

then home feet up for The Fearless Vampire Killers, or Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are in My Neck is a 1967 comedy horror film directed by Roman Polanski, written by GĂ©rard Brach and Polanski, produced by Gene Gutowski and co-starring Polanski with future wife Sharon Tate, who died so tragically

followed by Columbo, next a couple from Cheers, I have not made a link to the International Movie Data Base as usual as the site appears to be down, at least I can not load it, so after Cheers for us we were off to bed.
