I Had Not Changed The Water In The Aquariums,

for a few weeks,

 so today was the day,

 this was the easy one,

 with a drain and tap beside the aquarium,

 whereas with this one,

 it is hose pipes through the front door,

 we were expecting the bug men in the afternoon, and like clockwork they appeared,

 in fact they were a tad early,

 a nice thing about this company is that they always telephone the day before and then keep to the arranged time,

 it was then time for our evenings bar-b-q,

 sung to the tune of smoke gets in your eyes,

 I have noticed this about fires and cigarette smokers before, no matter where you stand even upwind, the smoke somehow follows you, well it does me!,

 but soon the wood caught,

 note to self, must remember to put the grill further away from the painted gate next time,

 for tonight garlic buttered rolls, prawn kebabs and sausages,

 plus a baked potato and onions in foil, Diana had put some ash over the charcoal as it was so hot,

 after the garlic rolls, prawn kebabs,

 Diana decided on Omurice, a Japanese dish that she made earlier on,

 meanwhile I got stuck in with the sausages,

and medicinal red wine, after listening to some music outside we went inside and watched a episode of Poirot, a couple from The Chase, rounding off the evening with 2 episode from Cheers, then for us we were off to bed.
