I am not a great fan of tattoos,
but every so often I see one that is somehow different like this one, inked by Alina Fokina, an artist in Ufa, Russia, I guess you can put in Popeye's bubble what ever you think is the correct thing to say, but I have to say tattoos are not for me no matter how witty the comment is.
