Off To The Bank,

on Beach Road,

 where opposite,

some work was going on at the waste water sewerage plant at the end of Pattaya beach,

in the evening we were out, but a bit of a problem with our newly repaired camera, it would not focus!

 after a few tries,

 it did sort itself out,

so off to meet Mr. Tony at Cherry's we went,

the camera again decided not to focus,

it soon became apparent the the Panasonic engineers,

having satisfied themselves that the camera now turn on,

 did not bother to check,

if it actually took photographs in focus,

 I continued snapping away,

at everything that was on offer,

but it was a real pain,

as so many times I had to switch the camera off and on again, and even then many times the auto focus would not work,

 anyway time to eat,

 'Cheers!', from myself,

 and Mr.Tony,
 the focus worked this time,

 second round of starters,

 sushi,

Diana took the camera to have another try at taking a few pictures with it, bar-b-qued prawns,

 stuffed mussels,

 rock lobster thermidor,

fish and spinach for Mr. Tony,

on to desserts, we said our farewells to Mr. Tony who very kindly gave us a lift home, to say we are disappointed with the camera is an understatement, to keep it in the repair shop for 3 months, charge 7,000 baht to repair it, and it only focuses 2 or 3 times out of 10 when returned, speaks volumes about the service facilities at Panasonic Thailand, I just hope they do not service aircraft! This will be the only post today, as to say the least we will be rather busy, all will be explained tomorrow, and with that we were off to bed.
