Our Third Piece Of Furniture,

had arrived,

  a coffee table from Oliver Bonas,

 the guys unpacked it in no time,

 and here it is,

 next for me, a walk to the shop,

  passing the Christmas tree at the entrance to the park, now not only with lights, but with tree decorations as well, 

  and these were what I was here for, bedding, a clothes dryer and a few other things,

after our evening meal it was time for the advent calendar, we had forgotten last nights, so it was one each, 

after the usual quiz shows we decided on a new series for us, The Alienist, set in America in the late 19th. century it follows the progress of criminal psychologist (alienist) Dr. Laszlo Kreizler, in this the first episode he tracks, using the emerging disciplines of psychology and early forensic investigation techniques, one of New York City's first serial killers, who he and his colleagues set out to find and apprehend, I have to say it was remarkably good, the scenes, costumes and sets all looking totally convincing, I should mention that the name Alienist was according to the blurb, given to people who tried to understand and treat mental disorders, the patients were considered as 'Alien', that is outside of themselves, or alienated from society, and with that we were off to bed.
