and started work upstairs,
the first job of the day was to trim a half an inch or so off of one of the doors, this is the largest of the five doors up here, the others are much smaller and are really just access doors to the underside of the roof, but they might be needed at some time, so we will have to make them all a bit shorter as well so that they will go over the carpet when fitted,
mid morning Robbie and one of his friends called by, to remove all of the pipes and tank from the hall landing,
upstairs at the end of the day,
it was time to hover up, Len had spent the day shortening the other doors, and replacing some of the wooden walls, where holes had been cut to run the now removed pipes,
nearly done, on his way in tomorrow Len will stop at a wood yard to buy a few bits and pieces, behind me there is a metal hoop still in it's plastic wrapper, that will be secured to the floor as a safety guard against me falling down the open hatch, so a busy day for Len again tomorrow,
after our evening meal a few quiz shows, followed by Riddick, it only seems a short while ago that the film was released, but it was way back in 2013, how time files!
we rounded off the evening with a couple of Police Interceptors, then for us we were off to bed.
