photograph The Sun, and nobody knows how many people tow trailers with building equipment, horses, boats, race cars and bikes, but here is the thing, how does towing effect all electric cars? I did not know until now, it is a disaster! apparently when towing a caravan, "You get somewhere between a quarter and a third of the car’s normal range", the author had a new Skoda Enyaq, fully charged with with 280 miles in the battery he and his family set off, he then realised that the car had dropped 120 miles of range in 35 minutes with the caravan hitched, just 28 miles up the road! the journey from his home to the beach was four hours and 20 minutes, as the car had to be charged on the way, in that time he and his family had covered a total distance of 94 miles, I think he and many others will not be going all electric any time soon! for the full story have a look here, still I suppose it is one way to keep caravans off of the road!

EV industry is a government subsidized program. EV platform does not have merits to be self supporting. Corruption and greed in the US has Biden working to convert and control us using the EV space. Meanwhile we have 200-300 years of clean oil production at a third the cost sitting in the ground in USA. Only a few rich friends of Obama & Biden are benefiting from the EV movement while the pollution and inconvenience to citizens takes it’s toll.
Sad, our liberal media and social networking have brainwashed the dumb here into believing EV is sustainable when it is not. Corrupt politicians are voting to put in large amounts of charging stations at taxpayers expense. No one is checking how the contracts are let and who is awarded. You can bet the successful contractors have direct financial ties to our corrupt politicians. Meanwhile the National power grid can’t support the current residential/ commercial drain but politicians overlook this fact because they and friends will benefit while selling out the citizens. No planning or common sense, the only driver behind EV platform in USA is politicians who are greedy.
Pity the country and it’s citizens.

Dear John and Alley, I agree with every point you have made, it is exactly the same over here, money to the greedy few with tax paying population footing the bill, gas, electric, water, all at the highest prices in history and then some! lets scrap the Green charge on all of our bills and go nuclear, it works in France, so why not here? best regards, Stan and Diana.
