and in what must be a record,
I was talking to someone in BT about our BT television box that failed to show up, and was assured that it would be here today, all in under 25 minutes! and as it happens it arrived in the afternoon, Diana had already left for work, so I had a lazy day watching a few documentaries until she arrived home in the afternoon, time for a read and a sherry,
instead of a bunch of cut flowers we had the lavender as a table decoration,
and Diana had a coconut thumb, a easy to drink way of having a coconut,
for our starters a avocado prawn salad,
'Cheers!',
for our main course a burger,
with chips and salad,
after which it was feet up for a film we had watched before, this is what I wrote then:
'The Lost City of Z, the true story of a man that formed the basis for the Indiana Jones character amongst others, the man in question Percy Fawcett, if you have time to follow the link here is another one that details his travels and life, a real truelife adventurer and explorer, back to the film, I thoroughly enjoyed it, a tribute to him showing the hardship that he and others including his son endured, if this type of film genre appeals to you then Mountains of the Moon is a 'must watch' film for you',
after which as Diana was tired she went to bed, for myself a law verses revenge movie in The Old Way, a cowboy tale of revenge by a gunslinger and the dependent of one of his victims who comes from the past to even the score, it was quite enjoyable as it happens and I am surprised it does not seem to mentioned in film reviews, but there it is, after which I was off to bed.
