the device is called the ThinkBook Transparent Display Laptop
Concept,

features a 17.3-inch Micro-LED display that has adjustable levels of
transparency as well as a detachable, transparent base,
the
detachable keyboard actually doubles as a drawing board,
of course this is only a concept, so no news of price, but I can imagine the queues for this product when it is put on sale, for the story have a look here.
