That Nice Chap Edgar Mueller Sent Me An E-Mail Yesterday,

regular readers of the blog will know one of the many things I like are street painters,
the good news is that he has just completed a draft of his latest work in his 'unconditional love' series, it will be called Save Me, and will feature in the Sarasota Chalk Festival when the spectacle of street-painting will be celebrated by over 250 artists who will turn South Pineapple Avenue in downtown Sarasota into a gallery of amazing art that makes merry and scary the theme, “Halloween,” also the main painting "Save Me!" will be seen at daytime, the another one is hidden in it and is only emerging in the dark at night, so it is really two paintings in one,

the festival is fun for all and FREE TO ALL! In addition, “Sarasota’s Largest Pumpkin Carving Contest” will take place on Saturday, October 30, “Hallowscreen” will be showing movies indoors and out October 29 – 31, Sarasota’s first real “Couture Runway Fashion Show” (ticketed event) will be Saturday evening, October 30th, the music stage will have various bands playing such as Sherri and the Visions,

with 250 artists and a “Little Chalk’ers” children’s chalk area inspires the future Madonnaris of all ages and levels, I just hope they do not run out of pavement! the area is open Saturday & Sunday, October 30+ 31 from 10 am – 5 pm, it looks like it will be a great show, I just wish I was there!
