A Quick Phone Call From Steve,

meant breakfast in his local the Punch and Judy,

well I should have said lunch,

a 199 baht burger and pint for me,

and a chicken and ham pie for Steve, we had a chat about pretty much every thing, then home to 388 when Mark called around and guess what? he wanted a bite eat at the Punch and Judy, so I was there twice in a day! then in another twist of fate Jay called round to 388 to be told we were here so he called in for a couple of teas and a chat as well, then home and feet up for,

The Spy Who Loved Me, featuring the Lotus submarine car, Bond has to to find out how a Royal Navy Polaris submarine holding sixteen nuclear warheads simply disappear whilst on patrol, this is one of the first in a series of Bond movies that featured huge sets,

then some eye candy and a very interesting programme to round off the evening, the second part of Madagascar, delivered in the unhurried pace with interesting anecdotes as only Sir David Attenborough can do, an add on feature of this DVD was a segment where back in the 1960's on his first trip to the island, he is brought by one of the islanders a giant egg in pieces, laid by the 'elephant' bird a aepyorniswhich he put back together and had carbon dated, it turns out that it was laid just 1,300 years ago, but soon the bird that laid it became extinct, then for us off to bed.
