Where Did The Week Go?

time just seems to fly past,

 it does not seem a week ago that we were out on Sunday,

 but here it is again, so for today's Sunday lunch we were off to the Beefeater, it is in Soi Diana near the Second Road end,

 we were also joined by Russ today,

 he is over here for a 10 day holiday before flying to Vietnam,

 we all went for the 250 baht all you can eat Mexican buffet,

 we arrived at about 1.00 in the afternoon, the place was really crowded with just two tables unoccupied, so freshly cooked food was on its way to fill the empty burners,

 Russ had a late night, or I should say early morning as he had just arrived late yesterday,

 but he was soon on his second wind,

 as with all of our meals out we take our time, so up for another helping for me, Cheers!',

 and for Diana,

 two slices of beef with corn tortilla chips filled with tomato, onion and cheese,

 second course for me consisted of chili con carny with mince, we all then went to the buffet for a third time for some chicken legs and bar-b-qued ribs by now we were all pretty full, so another break before dessert,

 but then the desserts,

 chocolate mousse for Russ,

 apple crumble for Mr. Tony,

 and the same for Diana,

 Mr. Tony strikes a solemn pose,

 a crème brûlée for myself, a totally wonderful meal the starters and main course 250 baht the desserts are extra, but what desserts!

 we then said our goodbyes to Russ who we have arranged to see later in the week, so back past the back of the bars that are on Sio Diana then home,

when we arrived home there was an evening of Top Gear on the satellite television so we settled down to watch that, then Diana after making a few snacks for the three of us to eat brought out a plate of fresh fruit to round the evening off, we said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony then for us we were off to bed.
