We Were Off To The Bank Again,

so we decided to eat in town,

we parked in Walking Street after going to the bank,

and made our way to the Pattaya Beer Garden, the Samsung television was working, but only half of it,

it is located on Beach Rd, at the entrance to Walking Street, behind The Pier Beer Bar complex, turn right and you will go past the shrine,

 the entrance to the bar/restaurant,

Pattaya Beach looking past the water treatment plant next to the beer garden,

lots of boats for hire, making the trip to the coral islands in about 20 minutes,

today it was really hot, so I just had to have a beer,

whilst waiting for our food we watched some of the barges anchored in the bay that you can take to the skies from, towed behind a speed boat strapped into a parachute,

 our meal arrived,

yours truly with Pattaya beach behind me,

 and Diana with our starters,

a selection of Thai food to nibble on,

  then our main course,

 Sliders for Diana,

they were so delicious Diana started to eat one before she took a picture!

 for myself a prawn cocktail,

meal over we then made a move walking past the garden and water feature,

and into Walking Street where the television was now working 100%,

we decided to take a drive along the street,

traffic is allowed here during the day,

but at 7.00 in the evening it becomes pedestrians only,

it seems strange seeing the street so empty,

also notice parking is allowed on only one side of the street,

which side is determined as to if the date is an odd or even number,

we are now nearing the end of the street as we come to one of Diana's favourite restaurants,

the street opens up with a hotel laying back on the left and a restaurant on the beach on the right,

the arch at the other end of the street,

there is a new building nearing completion on the right hand side, on the left a number of stalls selling fresh seafood,

we turned left before the boat yard and made our way home,

Diana took this picture on the back of the bike, I was too busy to look!

when we arrived home Diana trimmed up one of the cactus, it had grown so long and did not support it's own weight and looked terrible, we will see what it does next,

time just seemed to fly past,

all to soon it was time to start on the evening meal,

we were going to have a salad tonight but as I had one for lunch we decided on a bar-b-q,

in no time at all the fire had caught, much to our neighbours delight as she and Jake were not smoked out,

our meal for tonight, garlic bread, prawn kebabs, sausages with potatoes and onions in foil,

first our starters of garlic bread,

 followed by prawn kebabs,

 which were delicious,

another couple of pieces of garlic bread,

I took this picture with out the flash,

 then wait for the sausages,

which with the potatoes and onions finished our evening meal,

after a few more medicinal red wines we went inside to watch a couple of 3D BluRays, the first Magie der Bergwelt a aerial view looking down on the lakes and mountains of Austria,

which we followed with Bugs! Abenteuer Regenwald, both films stunningly photographed, though I have to say nothing lept out at you as you would expect in action movies, but these were both a couple of very enjoyable films to watch, then as it was now late for us we were off to bed.
