Over The Years,

I have seen many pictures of hailstones,

 but pity the residents of Nebraska and surrounding areas on Tuesday when these huge pieces of ice fell from the sky,

 homes were literally shredded,

whilst the intense hail combined with high winds of up to 100 MPH have left millions of dollars in damage not only to homes but cars as well, the 4,300 vehicles at Woodhouse Auto Family in Blair, pictured above, sustained an estimated $162 million in damage alone, but thankfully there are no reports of any personal injuries, hopefully things will soon return to normal and I am sure we wish all concerned well, but I am still amazed by the size of the hailstones.
