I Can Not Believe It Has Been A Month,

since the bug men called,

 but it has,

as usual they telephone the day before to make an appointment and promptly arrive at the said time,

a hose is used to spray around the outside of the house and a hand held pressure sprayer is used on the inside,

after they had left it was off to the bike repair shop, the lock that releases the seat had stopped working, it appeared eventually that a arm that connects to the clip holding the seat down had unhooked itself, but it took some time to unclip the seat, but all was well and 80 baht later I was on my way,

as usual we had our Saturday night bar-b-q for two, garlic bread and New Zealand mussels for starters,

a steak each for both of us,

this week I managed to get it wrong again, for no apparent reason lots of smoke,

 but eventually the flames caught,

on with the steaks and potato,

add fried onions and some vegetables,

and a glass of wine, "Cheers!', we listened to some music for most of the evening, moving inside we caught a double episode of Murdoch Mysteries on TMN then we were off to bed.

Stan,

If you don't want the gout to return... Stay off the red wine!

Dear Anonymous, I did actually bring this up with my doctor at the hospital, who replied that red wine was not an issue in moderation, he then went on to say in order of things to avoid beer was by far the worse, followed by chicken stock, bone stock, chicken, beef, pork, lamb and all seafood's, anything left was pretty much OK, which as you can see does not leave a lot! so I will continue as normal, as you can see on Sunday we had a pork joint, but for most days for breakfast and my evening meal I am on a diet of pumpernickel bread, 1 slice and a topping of egg mayo or ham and a few other meats, with some fresh fruit in the afternoons, but many thanks for your concern, best regards, Stan and Diana.
